Sleeping Arrangements:
Oliver Overlook comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The main level has a queen bedroom with a full bathroom just across the hall. Upstairs, the loft is divided into two spaces: one side is a Game Room with a Pool table, while the other features a king bedroom with its own private bathroom.

Mountain roads can become hazardous or impassable in snow and ice.
BE SAFE - The last 1/4 mile to the cabin is a steep, curvy, one-lane, paved private road. Normally, a 2-wheel drive is sufficient but inclement weather requires a 4-wheel/all-wheel drive. In the winter we highly recommend travel insurance in case mountain roads are impassable due to snow or ice.
BE AWARE - You are in Bear Country, do not feed bears or leave food in cars. Lock the car door.
BRING YOUR OWN - Firewood & Coffee
NO PETS - $300 fine and asked to leave

Motorcycles and trailers are not recommended or safe.

In nearby Gatlinburg, about a 30-minute drive, Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, the Gatlinburg Mountain Coaster, and the quaint Arts and Crafts Community await! The Trillium Venue, located on Bluff Mountain, is only 2 miles from the cabin.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
